What data is stored?
The Horoscope app asks users only for their zodiac sign and date of birth. This information is stored locally in the app on the phone. The backend does not store a user profile containing zodiac sign and date of birth; technical logs are processed separately.
How can I delete my data?
Date of birth
- Open the Horoscope app.
- Open the app settings.
- Select the option to delete your date of birth.
Zodiac sign
To change your saved zodiac sign, select another sign in the app. To remove the saved sign, uninstall the app from your phone.
No backend deletion request is needed for this information. This website cannot access data on your phone and does not delete it.
What is deleted?
The settings option deletes the saved date of birth. Selecting another sign changes the saved zodiac sign; uninstalling the app removes the locally saved sign. There is no backend user record for this information that requires a separate deletion request.
Device backups
The zodiac sign and date of birth saved in the app are not included in device backups.
Support and further information
Support emails and technical logs are separate from data on your phone. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days; support emails have no fixed retention period and are not routinely deleted. To exercise rights concerning these data, email support@intelisystems.dev. AdMob and Firebase Analytics also process data separately from the local sign and birth date. Local deletion or uninstalling is not a request to delete data held by Google. See the privacy policy.
You can withdraw Firebase Analytics consent in Settings. This stops further collection and resets local Firebase Analytics data. Previously collected data on Google servers is not automatically deleted; email support@intelisystems.dev with requests. This choice does not change UMP ad choices.
