About this document and the controller
This document covers the Horoscope mobile app and horoscope.intelisystems.dev. The controller is InteliSystems D.O.O., Serbia.

The company is registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR).
Website and mobile app
This version of the website presents the app and provides information. It has no registration, message submission form, advertising scripts or analytics scripts. Fonts, icons and illustrations are served locally. The website does not call the horoscope API.
Accessing the website or backend requires the server to process a network request. Network and technical information, including IP addresses, may be included in technical logs needed to diagnose errors and protect the service from abuse. Log retention and access are limited. Dates of birth, tokens and unnecessary request parameters are not logged.
These technical logs are separate from the zodiac sign and date of birth stored locally on the phone. The absence of backend user profiles does not mean technical information is not processed.
The VPS infrastructure uses Hetzner as its hosting provider, with the server located in Germany.
Data categories and purposes
Data comes from your app inputs, network requests, support messages and automatic processing by the SDKs described below. The website has no form for entering birth dates.
- Data users enter in the app: only zodiac sign and date of birth. These are stored locally in the app on the phone. You can delete your date of birth in the app settings. You can change your zodiac sign by selecting another sign or remove it by uninstalling the app. The backend does not store a user profile containing zodiac sign and date of birth; technical logs are processed separately. Birth time and place are not requested.
- Purpose of local data: use of horoscope and biorhythm features.
- Server technical information: minimal logs for error diagnosis and service protection, with limited retention and access as described above.
- Support: if you email support@intelisystems.dev, we process your sender address, message and attachments to respond and resolve your inquiry. Emails are retained indefinitely and are not routinely deleted. For deletion requests or other rights, use the same contact. Support email is hosted by
porkhub.com. - Advertising and analytics: Google AdMob, UMP and Firebase Analytics are used; see the details and separate controls below. The app is funded exclusively through advertising. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Legal bases
The local zodiac sign and date of birth serve the features you request. Support processes your email address, message and technical details you send to answer and resolve issues. The basis is handling service-related requests, or our legitimate interest in answering other inquiries and keeping necessary records.
Minimal technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in secure operation, error diagnosis and abuse prevention, with restricted access and 30-day retention. This requires assessing necessity and balancing users’ rights.
We use Firebase Analytics on the basis of your explicit consent. Analytics is disabled by default and optional; refusing or withdrawing consent does not limit app features. You can change your choice in Settings. Analytics consent and Google UMP ad choices are separate: changing one does not change the other. Legal obligations apply only where a specific duty to retain or act exists.
In-app advertising — Google AdMob
The app uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) 25.5.0 to display an adaptive banner at the bottom of the horoscope screen. Interstitial and rewarded ads are not implemented.
According to Google’s advertising SDK documentation, the SDK may process IP addresses, interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The scope depends on settings and privacy choices. The absence of backend user profiles does not mean Google processes no data. Sharing zodiac sign or date of birth with the advertising SDK has not been confirmed and is not described as part of the integration.
Ad consent and privacy choices
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK 4.0.0. After the splash screen, it refreshes consent status and displays a UMP form when required. Advertising SDK initialization and ad requests wait until UMP permits requests and form presentation has finished.
When UMP requires an option to change privacy choices, it is available through Settings → Ad privacy → Manage choices (the Serbian interface uses “Podešavanja → Privatnost oglasa → Upravljaj izborima”). Personalization depends on UMP choices and AdMob configuration; the app does not force non-personalized ads for every request.
The app uses only Google AdMob, with no additional ad networks or mediation partners.
In-app analytics — Firebase Analytics
We do not collect your name or require a user account. After you consent, Firebase Analytics uses an installation identifier for app usage statistics. The confirmed Android SDK version is 23.2.0.
Analytics is disabled by default until you explicitly consent. A separate dialog after the splash screen lets you accept or decline analytics. Your choice is stored locally on your phone and can be changed in Settings. Existing users with no recorded choice also receive the dialog; consent is not assumed. Declining does not limit app features. Without consent, app events are neither logged nor stored for later transmission.
After consent, the app logs screen views, sign and language selection, forecast day selection, opening biorhythm and completing onboarding to measure usage and monitor app operation. Sign selection sends the sign identifier; onboarding completion sends the completion method, not the birth date. Firebase may also collect technical information about the app and device. Date of birth, horoscope text and API responses are not sent to analytics.
Withdrawing consent in Settings stops further collection and resets local Firebase Analytics data. It does not automatically delete previously collected data from Google servers. For questions and requests about earlier data, email support@intelisystems.dev.
Analytics consent is separate from Google UMP ad choices. Changing one does not change the other. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent does not itself disable ads. Analytics advertising ID collection and default ad personalization signals remain disabled; this does not describe AdMob settings. Firebase documentation describes collection and data usage controls.
GA4 data retention is set to 14 months. User identifier retention resets on new activity: a new event from that user restarts the identifier’s period from that activity. This does not extend the retention of every earlier event. This setting does not cover standard aggregated reports.
Providers, AI and transfers
Hetzner provides the VPS in Germany. Google provides AdMob, UMP and Firebase Analytics; depending on the service and settings, processing may involve infrastructure outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Our VPS location does not determine where Google processes data. Information on Google processing and international transfer mechanisms is available in the Google Privacy Policy and processing terms for the relevant services. This does not mean all Google products have the same role or terms.
Horoscope texts are generated using OpenAI. Generation requests include the zodiac sign and the date the horoscope is for. This date is not the user’s date of birth.
The backend generates horoscope texts using OpenAI every day at 05:00 for seven days ahead and stores the generated content. Storing horoscope texts is separate from storing the user’s zodiac sign and date of birth on the phone.
Generation is scheduled for 05:00 CET. Generated horoscope texts are not deleted from the backend and are retained indefinitely. This applies to horoscope content, not user data on the phone, server logs or support correspondence. It does not determine retention by OpenAI.
Retention and deletion
The zodiac sign and date of birth are stored in the app on the phone. You can delete your date of birth in the app settings. You can change your zodiac sign by selecting another sign or remove it by uninstalling the app. The backend does not store user data requiring a separate deletion request. See the data deletion instructions.
The zodiac sign and date of birth saved in the app are not included in device backups.
Server logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Support emails are retained indefinitely and are not routinely deleted. This does not prevent us from acting on a deletion request where the legal conditions are met.
Infrastructure backups are deleted on a 30-day cycle, as confirmed by the owner. This is separate from the exclusion of local zodiac sign and date of birth from device backups. These periods do not determine retention by OpenAI or Google SDKs.
Infrastructure backups contain only horoscope texts generated using OpenAI. They do not contain server logs, support correspondence or local user data.
You can withdraw Firebase Analytics consent in Settings. This stops further collection and resets local Firebase Analytics data. Previously collected data on Google servers is not automatically deleted; email support@intelisystems.dev with requests. This choice does not change UMP ad choices.
Rights and requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Email support@intelisystems.dev, identifying the data and right concerned. We may request proportionate identity confirmation; do not routinely send passwords, identity documents or card details.
We respond without undue delay within legal deadlines: under Serbian law, within 30 days, potentially extended by up to 60 days for complexity or request volume with timely notice. Where GDPR applies, the initial period is one month, subject to lawful extension and notice. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we explain why and the available remedies.
You may complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or another competent authority under applicable law, and seek judicial protection. Contacting us first is not a condition for a complaint.
Security
Access to technical logs is restricted to operational and security needs, and retention is limited. Dates of birth, tokens and unnecessary request parameters are not logged. No system is absolutely secure. Report concerns to support without sending passwords, secret keys or unnecessary confidential information. Safeguards are adapted to actual risks.
Version and changes
Version 1.1, dated 29 October 2026. Effective from 29 October 2026. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app with an updated version and date. None of the seven language versions is designated legally authoritative.
