Service and availability
Horoscope is an Android app in preparation. Its planned features are horoscopes for today and tomorrow and biorhythm. The app and website support Serbian (Latin script), English, German, French, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese. An official download link will appear on the website when the release is available. Images labelled as designs do not confirm the appearance of the final release.
Entertainment and artificial intelligence
Horoscopes and biorhythm are for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not guarantee future events, outcomes or accurate assessments, and are not medical, legal or financial advice. Consult an appropriate professional for such decisions.
The backend generates horoscope texts using OpenAI from the zodiac sign and horoscope date, not the user’s date of birth. AI content may contain errors or inappropriate conclusions; do not rely on it for important decisions. Report problematic content to support.
Permitted use and local data
Use the app lawfully and without infringing others’ rights or system security. Unauthorized access, bypassing safeguards, malicious content and overloading infrastructure are prohibited. This does not restrict activities expressly permitted by law.
There are no server user accounts. Zodiac sign and date of birth are stored locally on the phone. Delete the date in settings, replace the sign or uninstall to remove it. Server logs, support and SDK processing are separate; see the privacy policy and deletion instructions.
Advertising
The app is funded exclusively through an adaptive Google AdMob banner. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, interstitial or rewarded ads. Analytics consent and Google UMP ad choices are separate. Changing one does not change the other; declining analytics does not itself disable ads.
Optional analytics collection
Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and enabled only with explicit consent in a separate dialog after the splash screen. You can accept or decline; declining does not limit features. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed in Settings. Existing users with no recorded choice also receive the dialog, without assumed consent. Without consent, events are neither logged nor stored for later transmission. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and resets local Firebase Analytics data, but does not automatically delete earlier data from Google servers. Event and data details are in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The logo and icons were created at InteliSystems. Rights in materials owned by InteliSystems remain with their rights holders. You may use the app and content personally through the service’s features. No ownership is transferred or unauthorized distribution of protected materials permitted. Third-party materials, including fonts, retain their licenses; we do not claim exclusive rights in all AI-generated content.
Maintenance and liability
Maintenance and development may cause interruptions, errors or feature changes; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material service changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Law, disputes and changes
Applicable laws govern, including mandatory consumer and data protection. These terms do not remove access to a competent authority or court under applicable law. Contact support with questions or to seek an amicable resolution; this is not a condition for exercising legal remedies.
Updates will show a new version and date. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Version 1.1, 29 October 2026. Effective from 29 October 2026. All language versions serve the same purpose; none is designated legally authoritative.
